In addition to offering our clients a single point of contact from sales to installation and maintenance, Construction 1, RFC also offers training sessions to allow painters to operate their new Nova Verta Spray Booth under the guidance of President, Ron Fowzer, who has nearly 20 years experience with this state of the art equipment.

These training sessions begin with a comprehensive tutorial of the Allen-Bradley control system, including:

· How to set and monitor cabin air pressure

· How to navigate through Nova Verta’s 5 modes of operation

· How to customize program settings within each mode of operation.

Technicians are also encouraged to work on real projects during their training session to ensure that they understand each mode of operation and have a chance to ask any questions that they may have.

Overall, the Nova Verta Spray Booth is an intuitive system to operate and technicians are typically familiarized with the system and prepared to return to their normal painting schedule within one day.

What an excellent post! It’s great to see how in-depth the Nova Verta: Spray Booth Training is, especially how it covers the Allen-Bradley control system, cabin air pressure, and the 5 modes of operation. As someone who works with an automotive spray booth, I appreciate the practical hands-on approach you offer — having trainees work on real projects during the session makes all the difference. Thanks for sharing this insight; it’s very valuable for anyone looking to get the most out of their spray booth setup.
