Construction 1, RFC, Inc. installed Escalon Auto Body’s Nova Verta Prestige Series Spray Booth in September 2012. Recently, Escalon Auto Body made the decision to upgrade their spray booth with a Nova Verta Wind System, which Construction 1 also installed.
Why upgrade? Nova Verta’s Wind System increases air velocity, providing up to 9 times more air movement when compared to standard spray booth air flow systems. Nova Verta’s Wind System also ensures that air flow is evenly disbursed throughout the spray booth cabin.
Additionally, body shops utilizing Wind System can expect to see up to 50% reduction in flash time, up to 60% reduction in curing time, and up to 30% energy savings!
When not in use, mechanical nozzle doors protect the nozzles from overspray, which in turn optimizes air cleanliness during operation and their sleek design goes virtually unnoticed within the limited working area of the booth. Wind System also maintains the full effectiveness of all light sources and access to lighting tubes, maximizing visibility during painting and helping to ensure quality jobs. Once installed, the retro fitted Wind System is easily operated from an intuitive control panel and can be set to manual or automatic timed operation.
Nova Verta’s Wind System also allows for custom installation. Wind System can be incorporated into the installation of a new Nova Verta Spray Booth or retro fitted to an existing spray booth, as done for Escalon Auto Body.
