Construction 1, RFC, Inc. recently completed the installation of a Nova Verta Prestige Spray Booth for Chilton Auto Body’s second Pleasanton, CA store, located on Wyoming Street. This installation was managed and executed completely in house by Construction 1, RFC’s experienced team, led by Ron Fowzer. Construction 1, RFC also installed a Nova Verta Spray Booth for Chilton Auto Body’s original Pleasanton, CA store, located on Stanley Boulevard, in 2011.
Chilton Auto Body’s new Nova Verta Prestige Spray Booth is outfitted with an indirect fired burner allowing for complete use of Nova Verta’s operation modes, Wind System ensuring that cabin air is equitably distributed, and drive through double doors at the front and rear of the spray booth cabin, providing an added level of convenience. This indirect fired spray booth also features the Total Control 700 Panel remote mount operator station, with Allen-Bradley control system, mounted directly into the exterior booth wall.
This Prestige Series Spray Booth is also outfitted with a post filtration system providing additional environmental protections by filtering exhaust twice before being released into the atmosphere. Further, Nova Verta utilizes Variable Frequency Drives to control booth pressure, which offers a “soft start” for the motor. This soft start allows the booth motor to start at a low rate and gradually increase, offering maximum electrical efficiency.
